Degree Requirements

The Non-Conservatory Acting Track presents a more traditional approach, and is somewhat more academic. This program is designed primarily for those headed to four-year programs, but may not be interested in a career as an actor. Rather this group forms the base of teachers, scholars, and writers in the field of theatre. This is not to say that students who follow this track will never obtain employment as an actor, but are less likely than those trained in a conservatory-based system.
