Dress casually. You may also want to bring a sweater or jacket in warmer weather in case you find the air conditioning too cold.

Most shows last about two hours with one intermission.  Please call the ticket office at (707) 864-7100 for the running time of a specific show.
 

Please refer to the ratings section of the productions you want to take your children to see.  Children under 3 are not permitted in the theatre.

Our policy is to allow for no exchanges or refunds once an order has been processed.  However, the benefits of being a season subscriber are many, and include free exchange privileges.  Subscribers who have purchased a season package can alter the night of their attendance up to the day of the performance.  Subscribers have lost ticket insurance (lose your tickets?  No problem… we’ll replace them).

Subscribers get the best seats on hand before single ticket purchases even become available.  Subscribers have their tickets in advance and pay less per show.  Subscribers are blessed.
